Shipping Information

At Backwoods Furniture & Decor, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. We want to ensure that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Our process is below:

  1. Processing time:
  2. - In-Stock Orders: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and then packaging: 1-2 Business Days.
  3. - Pre-Order Status: Item is not currently in inventory and needs to be built/ completed: 4-8 Business Days.
  4. - Custom Orders: Please allow 4-8 Business Days for custom orders to be completed. You will be contact once a custom order has been created, to gather more details and given a more precise timeframe.

  5. Shipping time:
  6. - We ship via UPS Ground. This shipping time can vary between 5-10 Business Days. Excluding Holidays & Weekends. 
  7. - For Local pickup, please see 'Local Pickup' below.

  8. Local Pickup:
  9. - All of our items can be picked up locally in Balch Springs, TX for no additional charge.
  10. - Most cases, if an item is purchase before Noon (CST), the item can picked up same day if the status of your order states: 'Order Ready for Pickup' and you received an email with further instructions.
  11. - If the item is purchased after Noon (CST), and you receive an email that shows: 'Order Ready for Pickup'  and have received an email from us with further instructions, items can pickup the following day. 

  12. Restrictions: 
  13. - We do not ship International.
  14. - We do not ship large furniture, ex: Our Toy Chests, Patio Furniture, Cornhole Sets.
  15. - We ship to the lower 48 States Only at this time. 
  16. - We are closed most US Holidays, therefore do not ship on Holidays.
